The Dreamer

Shannon asked me to take pictures of Tuscola students for the district website. I walked through the halls and classrooms of the elementary, middle, and high schools. I took many pictures of students dissecting frogs, playing chess, learning badminton serves, sketching in art, and learning in centers. I love these students. They are all very receptive to being photographed and letting me into their lives for a few seconds. This young lady was busy in the middle school art room working on a project to close the school year. I thought it was a perfect example of how the year ends and how our students can take some time to reflect and dream before starting a fresh new year. With just a few days left in this year, I think it's important for our teachers to do the same...
