We drove around town, the lake, across the dam, and down to the Kaskaskia River.
I didn't expect to find anyone fishing today!
Walking down to the river,
I was just in time to watch Dad reel in a gar.
The kids were excited to show me the catfish they had caught.
School was canceled with a snow day and only 10°.
It didn't hold them back one bit.
