METC Dinner

Monday evening Shannon and I were invited to attend a dinner at METC for featured speakers.
Shannon ordered for me,
and as a vegetarian,
she always looks out for her mom.
Her choice was excellent:
    Mushroom Ravioli: Oversized ravioli topped with truffle cream, roasted mushrooms, and pepper medley.
Perfect!
