Washington Walkabout ~ Day 2

Today I was on my own.
I decided not to rent one of these,
but to "hoof it".

I left the hotel and headed for the White House and points beyond.
I heard this demonstration way before I reached the White House.
I don't know whether the president could hear it, or not.
I'm sure if he was home, he did.

I found these beautiful old row houses near the White House,
and walked along the side streets south and back.

After Diana finished her meetings,
and a good meal,
I took her back to the White House to share part of my walk with her in the "Capital Moonlight"...
