With weather alerts frequently interrupting programs,
I stopped on my way home to capture this picture.
The thunder rumbled all around me and a tornado had been sighted north of us.
I was afraid if I didn't get this picture,
that high winds and hailstones would leave them wilted and torn by tomorrow.
The tornado warning expired,
and the thunderstorms have so far, held off.
Hopefully, they will be as pretty in the morning as they were today...
